Course Description

In this video, you’ll learn how achieving a linear force vector will improve trunk tilt and how you can convert ground reaction forces into revolutions on the ball. I have a paired CP up with Pravin Tambe, as you both have a similar build and have similar actions. The major points I go over are getting your weight going forward because you don’t do this it affects the alignment of your force vector. You can see, that by comparing you with Tambe, how you need to learn to align your force vector. This comes as a result of your gather and weight still being back. By not aligning your force vector it limits the amount of extension in your back leg that you can achieve and consequently the amount of hip to shoulder separation and core torque. The drills I recommend are the med ball and band drills. Have a look at the video and let me know how you get on.
